Ellen Mullarkey

Ellen Mullarkey is a Vice President of Business Development with Messina Group. Ellen joined Messina more than 25 years ago after graduating from the University of Iowa. She has been instrumental in establishing and expanding Messina’s Talent Acquisition practice.
Ellen’s dedication to building enduring relationships with clients and spending time getting to know their current challenges allows her to deliver customized staffing and consulting solutions.
Ellen is a past president and long-term board member of the Hephzibah Children’s Association. In addition to being actively involved in River Forest Youth Baseball and Softball, Ellen has served as the tenured volleyball coach for St. Luke School, is a member of the St. Luke Women’s Club and is an active volunteer at Housing Forward homeless shelter. Ellen and her husband Scott have five children.

Jenni McBride
Manager, Talent Advisory Solutions
Jenni McBride is Messina’s Manager of Talent Advisory Solutions, she splits her time between Messina Talent Advisors, Lab Talent Advisors (Messina’s scientific division), and Financial Talent Advisors (Messina’s financial division).
With over a decade of hands-on recruiting and sales experience, Jenni consistently delivers top-notch candidates and partners with clients to refine their staffing strategies. She has diverse knowledge in the marketing, scientific, engineering, architectural, and financial industries. While holding the company’s first full desk role, Jenni truly understands client needs and how to deliver the best results.
Jenni initially joined the Messina team as a Recruiter and has continued to evolve through additional roles and responsibilities. She is always willing to go the extra mile for her team and never steps away from a challenge. After Recruiting, she was promoted into a training and mentoring role and then progressed to business development position. In her current management role, Jenni leads other members of the team to help promote their growth and development.

Jim Ingle

Jim is an Executive Vice President leading the consulting division of Messina Group. Jim brings more than 30 years of thought leadership and consulting experience to Messina Group. He is an entrepreneur with a proven record of client business transformation and management of 100 million dollar project portfolios.
Prior to this role at Messina Group, Jim managed and led the business intelligence practice of 1,000 global resources, and expanded the practice into Big Data and advanced analytics. Jim is fluent in the latest BI practices such as Big Data and predictive analytics as well as the intricacies of a global delivery model. In addition, Jim was a founding partner and Chief Solution Officer of The Revere Group where he established and managed practices in advanced technologies, business intelligence, strategic solutions, and infrastructure management.

Kim Onufrock
Chief Marketing Officer
Kim Onufrock leads Business Development for the Consulting division of Messina Group, and leads Marketing for all Messina divisions and brands. Kim is a technology entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience propelling the growth of sales organizations, serving clients in a wide range of industry sectors, from financial services to technology to healthcare. In her role at Messina Group, Kim is focused on driving revenue by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships, and securing new business.
Prior to joining Messina Group, Kim served as VP of Sales and Marketing for a software development consulting and staffing firm. She has also served as an advisor to entrepreneurial companies to create new ways to increase their revenue through creative and integrated sales and marketing strategies.
Kim is a builder who is passionate about helping clients reach their value creation goals faster and discover creative new ways to overcome their most complex business challenges.
Michael Parks
Chief Executive Officer
Michael Parks, CEO of Messina Group, is an entrepreneur with a track record of starting, growing, and advising high growth companies. At Messina, Michael is an advisor who guides business leaders through enterprise growth and analytics transformation programs. He is known for streamlining and fully integrating Sales, Marketing, and Service and helping accelerate top-line growth.
Michael’s business acumen spans Business Services, Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Technology. He boot-strapped a start-up business and technology consulting company out of the attic of his house and grew it to 550 employees (The Revere Group), leading it through a successful exit to NTT Data.
Revere was named to the Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing companies, and Michael received Ernst & Young’s prestigious “Entrepreneur of the Year” award. Michael has led or been a board member for more than 20 M&A transactions, and is known as a “first call” for selling and closing high-value business transactions.
As the CEO of Messina, Michael sets the company’s strategic direction and go-to-market strategy and creating a strong culture that empowers each employee to maximize his or her potential. Michael and Suzy, his wife of more than 25 years, have six children.

Mira Mathee
Director, Finance & HR
Mira Mathee is the Manager of Finance at Messina Group. Mira joined Messina over 25 years ago with experience in banking and real estate administration.
As Manager of Finance, Mira oversees all areas of finance and administration, including payroll and payroll taxes, accounts payable and receivables, cash management, banking and reconciliations, sales commission calculations and tracking, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, and providing strategic analyses for senior management to determine company profitability.
Mira also serves as the focal point for human resources management, developing company policies and procedures, including writing and maintaining the Company Employee Handbook, procuring benefit packages, ensuring compliance with small business regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements, and liaising with insurance brokers, accounting firm, and 401(k) Plan financial advisors.
In her role, Mira enjoys problem-solving, providing timely and relevant analyses, and working as a team to continue to grow the company.
Mira enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and reading.

Samuel Colman
Manager, Talent Advisory Solutions
Sam Colman leads Messina’s Talent Advisory Sales Teams. Sam works in collaboration with senior-level decision makers to identify and resolve sales and marketing challenges, communication needs, and develop near and long-term strategic opportunities. Through his pursuits of co-creating and implementing strategic sales processes and systems, he helps to cultivate partnerships that amplify Messina’s Talent offerings.
Sarah Benz
Managing Director, Talent Advisory
Sarah Benz is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition with Messina Group and oversees LabTemps, Messina’s lab and scientific specialty talent acquisition division. With nearly a decade of experience in enterprise staffing, Sarah is dedicated to partnering with Messina’s clients to locate the ideal candidates for each company’s customized needs. Sarah has worked extensively with the scientific and engineering industries and intimately understands the technical and interpersonal skills those companies are looking for.
Tracy Vistine
VP, Talent Advisory Solutions
Tracy Vistine is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition with Messina Group. Tracy brings more than 15+ years of experience in recruiting and staffing to her role and is a Financial talent SME. Tracy joined the firm in 2005, and under her recruiting direction, Messina’s Financial Talent Acquisition group has consistently provided clients with proven financial and accounting talent for their interim consulting or permanent direct hire needs.
Before joining Messina, Tracy worked as a Recruiting Specialist for a Wall Street-based financial services firm. As an expert in sourcing, managing, and placing top-notch candidates, Tracy is passionate about connecting qualified talent with the right employment opportunity.
Tracy is passionate about spending time with her family, traveling and reading.

Tracy Lennstrom
Manager, Finance & Payroll
Tracy Lennstrom is Senior Specialist, Finance and Payroll for Messina Group’s Corporate office, working with both internal and external clients.
Tracy joined Messina more than 25 years ago with experience in customer service. Tracy oversees all areas of payroll, onboarding and administration including, creating payroll tax records, payroll garnishments, PTO tracking, and I-9 compliance. She also manages employer registration for Messina to conduct business in new states, workman’s comp. reporting and documentation, billing, and preparing weekly sales reports.
In her role, Tracy enjoys customer service, problem solving, providing timely detailed responses to inquiries.
