2013

Company Rebranded

Michael Parks rejoins BECO and LabTemps as the new owner and CEO after the highly successful sale of his professional services Consulting firm. He rebrands LabTemps and BECO as Messina Group, Inc. This transition has an immediate impact, as the company extends their service offerings to further assist existing clients and entice new clients as a national search, placement & consulting firm.

LabTemps Brand Specialty Established

BECO expands its range of temporary Talent Solutions across various professional sectors. Included was a Laboratory, Scientific and Chemical business unit that incorporates under the name LabTemps, Inc.

Michael Parks left the company to start his own self-funded professional services consulting firm.

Blackhawk Engineering Company incorporates under the name BECO, Inc. and expands its services to include design and manufacturing allowing them to provide a more comprehensive range of services to clients.
